Berryville School District is the pilot site for an Arkansas AWARE grant. In response to the needs of the school district, the AWARE team sought out a program to help teachers address student behavior in the lower elementary. Teacher-Child Interaction Training-Universal supports educators as they hone their skills with our littlest students. Join us to learn more about why we chose TCIT-U, implementation of the model, year 1 data and our plans to expand.

The THRIVE '25 Leadership Academy is a 5-day intensive training program designed to equip educators with the essential skills to lead and participate in building-level behavior teams. Over two focused blocks (one 2-day, one 3-day), this Academy prepares administrators, counselors, and teachers to address the behavioral and mental health needs of all students within K-12 environments.
